Entry number one I stole from here. It is simply irresistible so we’ll get right to the recipe. So far this one’s been made to please a crowd (read: not spicy) and I actually don’t miss the spice.
1 block Velveeta, cubed
12 ounces (1 1/2 blocks) cream cheese, cubed
3 tomatoes, diced
3-4 jalapenos, finely diced
1 bunch of green onions (only the green parts), chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic, finely diced
1/3-1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped
Throw everything in a crockpot and melt. ENJOY!
